Dear WSD Colleagues,
Welcome back from spring break! I hope you had a chance to relax and recharge. As we dive into this next stretch of the school year, I’ve got a quick tech tip that’s perfect for making lessons more interactive and collaborative—Canva Whiteboards!
Tech Tip Tuesday: Canva Whiteboards
What is a Canva Whiteboard?
Canva Whiteboards are infinite digital canvases where you and your students can:
Organize ideas visually
Use sticky notes, shapes, and images
Collaborate in real time
Create timelines, mind maps, group projects, and more!
They’re perfect for in-person, online, or blended learning—and yes, they’re totally free with Canva for Education.
Ideas for the Classroom
Start the day with a warm-up or bell ringer
Use templates for KWL charts, Venn diagrams, or timelines
Brainstorm with the whole class or in small groups
Exit tickets made fun and visual!
