Dear WSD Colleagues,
Do you know about UEN? UEN.org (Utah Education Network) is a state-funded organization that provides digital resources, professional development, and technical services to Utah’s K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and libraries. It offers educational tools, curriculum resources, and broadband connectivity to support teaching and learning across the state.
Educational Resources:
Utah’s Online Library – Digital research databases, e-books, and multimedia resources.
eMedia – A collection of educational videos, lesson plans, and open educational resources (OER).
UEN SciTech Explorer – STEM-focused activities and interactive learning tools.
UtahFutures – Career and college readiness resources.
Professional Development:
PD Courses & Workshops – Training for educators on technology integration, digital tools, and instructional strategies.
UEN Learn @ Home – Online courses and webinars for educators.
Technology Endorsements – Programs to help educators earn state endorsements in educational technology.
Technology & Connectivity:
High-Speed Internet – Provides broadband access to schools, libraries, and higher education institutions.
